Are the prices negotiable?
Short answer – maybe. Domain names that are directly owned and sold by Dnamez.com may have slight flexibility on the sales price on certain domain names. Other creative terms may be available other then a price reduction. We may allow the domain name to be purchased over the course of a year or two, depending on the cost of the domain name, with scheduled monthly payments.
Also buyers that purchase more then 1 domain name from Dnamez.com may qualify for discounts on additional purchases.
Do you offer escrow services?
We do not offer an escrow service, however any buyers that want to purchase a domain name from Dnamez using an escrow service may do so. All escrow fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. The domain name you are interested in will remain for sale on our website until you make a non refundable $100 dollar down payment. You then have 24 hours to start the escrow process or the domain will be listed again for sale, and your $100 dollar down payment will be forfeited.
If you choose to have DNAMEZ.COM facilitate the domain name transfer process we will do so at NO COST to the buyer or seller. The buyer will transfer the funds to DNAMEZ.COM and once the funds are deposited and secure the seller will be instructed to transfer the domain name to your register. Once it is confirmed the domain name has been transferred we will then release the funds to the seller.
IF YOU DO NOT USE AN ESCROW SERVICE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS. YOU WILL NEED TO DO A FUNDS TRANSFER OR PAY BY CHECK.
When will I receive the domain name I purchased from Dnamez?
Once your payment has been made AND the funds have been cleared and deposited into our account we will IMMEDIATELY start the domain name transfer process. Once your payment is made we will contact you to obtain your register account information so that once the funds are deposited into our account we will have the information needed to make the transfer.
What payment options are available besides PayPal?
The buy now option on our website is offered through PayPal however we will except personal and business checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers.
How can I sell my domain names on Dnamez.com?
Dnamez.com is a domain name marketplace with a commitment to quality and the protection of both those who sell domain names thru our website, and to those who buy domain names. To sell domain names on Dnamez.com you will have to adhere and agree to our WWCC policy. WWCC stands for Who, What, Commit, Communicate. Specifically – Who are you (and yes we verify), What domain names are you selling (and yes we confirm you own them), Commit – you need to commit to abide by all rules and operate in an ethical, and lawful manner at ALL times, Communicate – because we do not lock you into sellers contracts you need to immediately communicate any sale of a domain name you make regarding a domain name that is also listed on our website.
ANY violation of our WWCC policy will mean immediate termination of your account here on DNAMEZ.COM and the removal of your listings on our website.
Are there fee’s to sell domain names on Dnamez.com?
Yes. All domain sellers must pay a 1 time registration fee of $499 dollars for a lifetime sellers account on our marketplace. This registration fee serves the purpose to qualify those who are looking to sell on our domain name marketplace. Any seller who violates our WWCC policy or commits any additional fraud, deception, or other unethical action will be banned from our marketplace and no refunds will be given.
Those who register for a lifetime dnamez.com sellers account will qualify for our ultra low 5% sales commission fee with NO per listing fee. You can list as many domain names as you want and you will never pay a penny until your domain name sells!
If you only want to list one domain name or a few domain names and don’t want to register for a lifetime sellers account there will be a 10% sales commission and a per listing fee based on the listing price as outlined below:
$250 to $1000 – $10 domain name listing fee
$1001 to $5000 – $20 domain name listing fee
$5001 to $10000 – $30 domain name listing fee
$10001 to $50000 – $40 domain name listing fee
$50001 to $500000 – $50 domain name listing fee
$500001 to $1000000+ – $60 domain name listing fee
This listing fee includes marketing the listing of the sale or lase of your domain name.

How do we protect sellers?
We protect those who sell domain names on Dnamez.com by making sure sellers get their funds deposited into their bank account before a domain name is transferred to a buyer. If the buyer opts to use a third party escrow service we will work with the buyer and the escrow service to complete the transaction.

Buyers can be sure that we work hard to make sure they get the domain name they purchased in a quick, transparent manner. Sellers on Dnamez.com go through a registration process to ‘qualify’ their identity, we have zero tolerance for any seller that doesn’t abide to all of our sellers guidelines.
Also the seller of a domain name will not receive the funds deposited into their bank account until the domain name transfer process is complete. Once the domain name has been transferred to your register account we will then release the funds to the seller.

What is the sales commission you receive on a domain sale?
Sales commissions vary. If you have a large domain name portfolio and you sell exclusively on Dnamez.com you will enjoy some of the lowest commission fee’s in the industry…as low as 5% for dnamez.com seller account members. Also those who continue to sell their domain names on Dnamez.com (based on actual domain names that sell on our website) will automatically qualify for the ultra low 5% commission fee!
The average sales commission for non lifetime seller account members who sell 1 domain name on Dnamez.com, or very few domain names on Dnamez.com is 10%
This includes listing your domain name, communicating with potential buyers, actively marketing your domain name and trying to find potential buyers. During your registration process an evaluation will be made regarding your domain portfolio and a sales percentage will be declared at that point, not to exceed 10% of the domain name sale, which is the highest commission fee someone will ever pay on our domain marketplace.
