16 Hour Work Day
It is 10:26 pm EST.
I started ‘work’ today at 7am. I was eager to get online and begin working on Dnamez, and about another dozen websites; some I own, some I have developed for clients.
It is amazing that 16 hours has passed and I want to keep going! I actually love working online; creating, sharing, learning, and ultimately growing. Growing because each day I learn something new thru challenges presented to me; forcing me to think outside the box, become more creative, ultimately allowing me to end my day smarter than I had awaken that morning.
It is amazing that an 8 hour day doing what you don’t love can feel like a 24 hour day, yet a 16 hour day can feel like a few hours of ‘work’!
Each day as I work online, doing what I love doing, allows me to also pursue another thing I love doing; that’s listen to empowering seminars and audio books that focus on personal development and helps spark creative ideas I can use professionally and personally to better my life, and those I seek to serve.
While working on Dnamez.com and 4 other clients websites today I have listened to over 4 hours of Tony Robbins (Lessons in Mastery parts 1 thru 4) and also listened to Think and Grow Rich (for the 100th+ time). In between these YouTube audio books I also tuned in a few hours to the latest news on Ebola, and other global happenings.
This is how I like to work. At my pace, on what I want to work on, how I want to work on it, sitting in my shorts listening to what I want to listen to. I work best like this; perhaps because I am doing what I love to do.
And the beauty of it all is that I am able to make lot’s of money thanks to the internet and all of the people I have learned from over the years; and most importantly, because I have the desire and will to keep going until I achieve the results I desire!
How many hours do you ‘work’ per day…and do you love what you do?
